What is different from your sauce vs other brands?
Our sauces are made with fresh local grown super hot peppers that are brined with other vegetables and fermented for a min of 90 days to enhance the flavor, and unlike most competitors our ingredients are always fresh and locally and ethically sourced.
Where is Sauce Boss manufactured?
Sauce Boss Hot Sauces are made in Corunna, Ontario in a Public Health inspected Commercial Kitchen located on 198 Beckwith St.
Are your sauces vegan and gluten-free?
Yes! All of our sauces are made with natural ingredients and contain no animal products or gluten.
How long does a bottle last once opened?
Once opened, keep your Sauce Boss Hot Sauce refrigerated. It should stay fresh for 6–9 months (if you don’t finish it sooner!).
What sauces do you currently offer?
Our lineup includes:
The Takeover – A medium kick featuring Red Ghost Peppers, Red Habaneros, Bell Peppers, Red Chilies, Garlic, and Citrus.
The Hit – A hotter blend with Yellow Fatallii Peppers, Habaneros, Ghost Peppers, Garlic and Lime.
The Don – Our boss-level sauce with Carolina Reaper, Scorpion including Hybrids, and Ghost peppers including Hybrids.
What are Hybrid Peppers?
Hybrid Peppers are Peppers that may have been accidental cross pollinated with another pepper. Most of our farmers have open fields where cross pollination can occur, to ensure we get the hottest peppers every year. We change suppliers every year based on a taste and trial method where we visit the farmers and taste test pods from every farmer before deciding which ones to go with.
